MBRP Stainless Exhaust

MBRP Stainless 6.0L 16 Gauge Mandrel Bent Stainless, .065 Wall Thickness The MBRP XP and PRO Exhaust Systems offered by Black Cloud Diesel are produced using top-quality T-304 or T-409 Stainless Steel T-304 Stainless Steel is the industry’s premium material for exhaust use, it is the Best of the Best! Every system includes all the necessary parts and tubing to fit any body style or bed length 6L F250 or F350 pick-up truck, with the exception of the cab and chassis models. The 6.0 Liter TurboBack System reduces EGT's. Easy installation: down-pipe bolts directly to the factory catalytic converter two-bolt flange. There is a catalytic converter test pipe available. The two pipes join just before the cross member eliminating the need to remove the cross member for easier installation. The 6.0 Liter Exhaust System is also available as a Cat Back System. T-304 stainless steel systems are protected by an exclusive Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy, to the original purchaser. T-409 stainless steel systems are protected by a 5 YearWarranty, to the original purchaser. Average gains with this system are 18hp and 40 lb-ft of torque, as well as decreased turbocharger spool up times and exhaust gas temperatures.

The aluminized MBRP exhaust systems, offered by Black Cloud Diesel, are produced using top quality mandrel bent aluminized steel exhaust components for the 2003.25 6.0L Super Duty trucks. Every system is shipped with all the necessary parts and tubing to fit any body style or bed length F250 or F350 pick-up truck, with the exception of the cab and chassis models. The systems are designed to install on standard, Super and Crew Cab trucks with both short and long beds. The aluminized steel systems are protected by an exclusive One Year Warranty Policy, to the original purchaser.
