| MBRP Stainless Turbo-Back Exhaust Systems |
The MBRP Stainless Steel Exhaust
Systems offered by Black Cloud Diesel are constructed entirely of either
T-304 or T-409 polished stainless steel with mandrel bent tubing and welded
hanger components. T-304 stainless steel is the industry's premium
material for exhaust use. MBRP uses the largest possible downpipe available for
the year of your truck. This connects to the 4" exhaust in front of the transmission cross
member (no need to remove the cross member to install the exhaust). The exhaust connects to the
muffler just before the rear axle. The spiral flow louvered muffler is specifically designed for diesel
performance and dampens the diesel exhaust resonance, keeping the interior sound level within
3dB of stock, while allowing a healthy sounding exhaust outside the cab.
T-304 Stainless Steel Systems are protected by an exclusive
Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy , to the original purchaser.
The T-409 Stainless Steel Systems are protected by a
5 year warranty, to the original purchaser.
Average performance gains with these systems are 18HP and 40 lb-ft of torque, as well as
decreased turbocharger spool up times and lower exhaust gas temperatures. |

4" Installer Series Aluminized Exhaust
The aluminized MBRP exhaust systems, offered by Black Cloud Diesel,
are produced using top quality mandrel bent aluminized steel exhaust components for
the 1999-2003 7.3L Super Duty trucks. Every Installer Series system is shipped with all the necessary
parts and tubing to fit any body style or bed length F250 or F350 pick-up truck, with the exception
of the cab and chassis models. The systems are designed to install on standard, Super and Crew Cab
trucks with both short and long beds.
The aluminized steel systems are protected by an exclusive One
Year Warranty Policy, to the original purchaser. |
