shipping via FedEx
-
There will be a Core Charge of $1000 if your working Injectors are not returned to SWAMPS DIESEL PERFORMANCE within 21 days of receipt of the product. This will be charged in $50 dollar increments for up to 20 days, so if you return your injectors after 31 days you will be charged $500 in late fees.

Please note that these prices are based on you returning a set of injectors in good working order. If the Plunger and Barrel assembly is scored or damaged, you will be charged $60 for each one. Nozzle condition is not important, because we install brand new nozzles in all our injectors except for the 150/146. Injectors are shipped without oil deflector spouts - you will need to install the ones from your injectors onto the new injectors.

Please be aware that 1997 7.3 L trucks manufactured for use in California did not have single shot injectors.
Split-Shots (Body Code AD, Part Number 1831551Cx.) were used.
Note: Some late 96 California models also used the Split Shots.
The two letter body code can be found on the top of the injector solenoid, usually preceding the injector number. Some early solenoids were all black, these are body code AA.

Stage 1 150/146 "Baby Swamps" Injectors Commonly called 'Baby Swamps', these single shot injectors are the most popular injectors for the 94-97 7.3L owner. Without a chip or programmer these injectors will flow factory fuel rate ( 73mm^3~ cu/mm), resulting in a smooth running "stock" truck .We rebuild the Baby Swamps with refurbished and inspected nozzles. If you wold like new nozzles please specify when ordering. New nozzles will increase the base price by $295. With the addition of a chip or programmer, rear wheel horsepower gains of over 100hp are attainable. Customers with specially programmed hot chips have dynoed in excess of 340 rear wheel horsepower; which brings this era of engine equal to or above the horsepower of a newer Superduty. Downpipe upgrades are highly recommended with hot chip programs.

Stage 1.5   175/146 Injectors For your 94-97 Powerstroke this single shot might be considered a "Stage 1.5" injector...It has the ability to flow more fuel than any other companies "Stage2" injector, but due to the efficiency of the single shot event combined with a very small nozzle, more power  and more economy can be had similutaneously. We recommend this style injector for the PowerStroke owner who 'works' his truck, wants a mild performance increase, but will not be entering competitive events with an intent on winning. This injector with custom tuning has increased the mpg on over a dozen Super Duty's from 12-14 to 16-18 consistently. We actually have customers obtaining an "honest" 20mpg with crew cab 4x4 trucks.

Stage 2   175/173 Injectors- This is a serious single shot injector for you 94-97 Powerstroke. It flows 175mm^3 of fuel, requiring no more high pressure oil to empty than a stock "AD" code split shot injector. The nozzle used on this single shot injector, though larger than stock, is still very streetable. "Off the shelf tuning" is adequate for these injectors, though maximum performance may not be achieved without custom tuning. We consider this injector to be a good step for the customer who intends on upgrading the turbocharger in the future.
A Turbo upgrade is a must if you are considering these larger nozzle injectors. A stock turbo will fail over time with the added fuel flow demand.

WILD!!! Stage 3 - Race     250/173 Injectors
This single shot hybrid injector is a real sleeping dragon.

With mild tuning on your chip, this injector can be 'turned down' to a HP level that is not only streetable, but downright enjoyable. Conversely, this same injector can be turned up (via programming) to a level that obliterates rear tires, and much of the competition...and anywhere in-between. True Yin-Yang Performance.
We sell TS Performance and Swamp's programmed chips here.

Full performance from this injector will only be realized with the addition of a high volume fuel system, and a high pressure oil pump that can maintain the pressure desired by the engine computer (or chip). A Turbo upgrade is a must if you are considering these larger nozzle injectors. A stock turbo will fail over time with the added fuel flow demand.
This hybrid injector is unique, in that while delivering more than 250% more fuel (than a stock "AA" code single shot injector at maximum flow), it uses no more high pressure oil than a stock "AD" split shot injector.

Warranty
We make no guarantee as to these injectors' fitness or suitability for any intended purpose. Our only claim is that they will flow the amount of fuel listed for their particular specifications.
If problems in the nozzle assembly, poppet valve, amplifier piston or plunger spring occur within the first year, we will repair it at no charge to you.
You pay shipping to return it to us, and we pay ground shipping to return it to you. We are not responsible for the associated costs to remove or reinstall the injector in the engine, nor for towing costs, rental vehicles or any other cost directly or indirectly related to the injectors. We only cover problems related directly to our modifications. i.e., if you return a malfunctioning injector, and it is found to be caused by fuel contamination, as evidenced by a scored plunger or barrel, that is not warrantied. Individual malfunctioning injectors may be returned for repair or replacement, but we do not accept returns of sets that have been installed in an engine. We are not responsible for engine damage related to or caused by over-fueling, excessive exhaust gas temperatures, turbocharger over-speeding or over-boosting, oil dilution from fuel, or any other factor that may or may not be related to these injectors, nor for problems directly or indirectly caused by malfunctioning injectors. Assume that the Ford factory warranty on your engine is voided the moment you install any of these injectors.
Return Shipping
Injectors are heavy and have sharp points/corners that can cut through packaging. We recommend first wrapping each one in 2-3 shop towels for padding and to absorb the oil in them, then enclosing them in a Zip-Loc bag or several layers of plastic wrap. Next wrap them in newspaper and pack them tightly in the box. A set of injectors weighs about 25 pounds, so be sure to use a strong box in good condition. Proper packing means that the container can be dropped from a height of 18" 6-8 times on its corners, edges and sides with out damage to the contents, and the container remains intact. We do NOT file insurance claims on damaged injectors if they are not properly packed.
Please put your name, address and phone and order number inside the box with the injectors!
