Ford 7.3L Powerstroke Diesel Pickup Trucks 1999-2003
All prices include Internal and External O-rings. Injectors are shipped without oil deflector spouts-
you will need to install the ones from your injectors onto the new injectors.
The First 3 digits of model number is maximum flow rate, second 3 digits are nozzle size.
A stock single-shot injector would be 98/146, a stock split-shot S/135/146. An " S" before the first the first 3 numbers in our part number indicates a
Split-Shot injector. A Single-Shot injector will not have the "S" prefix. Stock 1994-1997 Powerstroke Diesel Pickup Trucks
have "AA" Single-Shot Injectors. Stock 1999-2003 Powerstroke Diesel Pickup Trucks have either "AB" or "AD" Split-Shot Injectors.
Any vehicle with
split shot injectors can be modified to run with the more efficient fueling of Performance Upgrade single shot injectors. However, specific Swamps Programming is required to modify ECM fueling
tables which allow the upgraded performance single shot injectors to function properly in a system designed to fuel a split shot system.
These remanufactured Swamps Diesel Injectors come with a 2 year limited warranty.

Stage 1- S/175/146 Split Shot Injectors -See gains of +30 H/P over Stock -This is our mildest performance injector for the 1999-2003 7.3L Powerstroke. By retaining the stock nozzle
size, low end overfueling is all but eliminated. Perfect for towing, without the worry of excessive exhaust gas temperatures, loss of mileage, and excessive
smoke. This is a very mild injector and will work with any over-the-counter chip/tuner.

Stage 1.5 - 175/146 Single Shot Injectors - A Swamps programmed Chip is needed to run this single shot injector in a split-shot, 1999-2003 truck.
Swamps 6 Position Chip Conversion Programs
The 175/146 injector might be considered a "Stage 1.5" single shot injector... It has the ability to flow more fuel
than other company's "Stage 2" injector, but due to the efficiency of the single shot event combined with a very small nozzle, more power and more
economy can be had similutaneously. Gains of 30 to 40 HP are normal with this injector. We recommend this style injector for the 99-03 Ford Superduty owner who 'works' his truck, tows heavy loads,
wants a mild performance increase, but will not be entering competitive events with an intent on winning. This injector and our custom conversion tuning has increased
the mpg on over a dozen Superduty trucks from 12-14 mpg to 16-18 mpg consistently. We actually have customers obtaining an "honest" 20mpg with crew cab 4x4 trucks.

Stage 2 -
S/175/30%Split Shot Injectors
- 60-70 H/P over Stock- The larger nozzle on this stage II
will dramatically increase the bottom end power, without starving for fuel on the top end. This
injector will fuel more heavily than the S/175/146, making it a good choice for the owner who (has, or)
will install a larger than stock turbocharger. A stock turbo will fail over time with the
added fuel flow demand. Towing heavy loads is not recommended without an upgraded intercooler & turbo. Swamp's chip programming is highly
recommended to take full advantage of the injectors performance potential. "Off the shelf" chip/programmers
will work fine with this injector but will produce less fuel efficiency and more black smoke

Single Shot Hybrid Injectors for a Split-shot Truck -Providing 150-250 HP over Stock -This
injector is much like a sleeping dragon. You will need a Swamps 6 Position Chip with Custom Programs to run these injectors!! With Swamp's programming on your chip, this injector can be 'tuned down' to a HP level that is not
only streetable, but downright enjoyable. Conversely, this same injector can be tuned up with the Swamp's Programming chip to a level that obliterates rear
tires, and much of the competition...and anywhere in between. True Yin-Yang Performance. Full
performance from this injector will only be realized with the addition of a high volume fuel system, and a high pressure oil pump that can maintain
the pressure desired by the engine computer (or chip). A Turbo upgrade is a must if you are considering these larger nozzle injectors. A stock
turbo will fail over time with the added fuel flow demand. This hybrid injector is unique, in that while delivering more than 250% more fuel
(than a stock 'AA code' injector at maximum flow), it uses no more high pressure oil than a stock 'AD code' injector.

IMPORTANT CORE RETURN/CORE CHARGE INFORMATION
In order to pass the cost saving on to you, the remanufacturer Swamps Diesel, does our 7.3L FORD injectors in house, under one roof...from disassembly & blueprinting, to machining, testing & assembly! This process begins when your cores are received in the shop. At this point your injector cores become our property and cannot be returned to you if your cores don't pass inspection. The reassembly process is costly in terms of shoptime, and macnine work has already been done.
CORE POLICY AND INJECTOR CORE DEFINITION
In an effort to keep our prices low, ALL Swamps Remanufactured Injectors are sold with the return of your injector cores as a part of the final purchase cost rather than an up-front cost. This means it is not charged up-front, and will only be added to your account if necessary.
Swamp's Diesel Performance defines CORE INJECTORS as those injectors which were most recently installed into your vehicle's engine. Injectors returned to us which are out of a salvage yard, injectors which have been burned, or externally damaged, will NOT be suitable as cores. Any injector which has previously been disassembled will NOT be a suitable core injector. If you have any questions these restrictions to your core injectors, please don't hesitate to give us a call.
We do not bill a core charge up-front with purchase of remanufactured fuel injectors. However, if you fail to return any core within 21 days of delivery, you, by failure to return cores, agree to a $1000 core charge which will be added to your card. If, due to scheduling conflicts, installation of the new injectors will not occur in a reasonable amount of time, please CALL US, we may, at our discretion, extend your 21 day core return window to better suit your installation schedule.
**If you are purchasing Baby Swamps or Stage 1 S/175/146's, then the following CORE POLICY and charges will be applicable:
Your cores need to meet ALL of the stipulations outlined in our definition of "CORE INJECTORS" as well as being free of damage which can occur due to too low fuel pressure, poor quality fuel being run through the injectors, or for any other reason. If your cores are damaged, it is likely that all 8 of the PLUNGER & BARREL Assemblies in the cores are damaged, and will be replaced at a cost of $60 each/$480 per set if all are damaged and will be automatically replaced during the inspection process. Damaged solenoids $25 each/$200 per set if all are damaged. Damage is determined based upon Swamps Diesel machine inspection ONLY, not someone's inspection by eye. Any Plunger & Barrel Assembly replacements WILL be charged to you as the final cost of your injector purchase. You the customer agree to this charge by purchasing a set of these injectors. Failure to pay for injectors in full will VOID the Warranty.
We don't charge for the 8 Plunger & Barrel Assembly replacements up front because you might not need them replaced, and we don't want to charge $480 for parts you don't need.
**With other injector set purchases, as long as we receive injectors which meet the above definition of CORE INJECTORS, no plunger & barrel replacement costs apply.
Normal injector wear, to include poppet valve wear, fuel plate erosion, loss of internal spring tension, etc, is considered normal, and we repair/replace those parts on every set. Normal wear is not something we consider to be out of the ordinary, so no extra charges would apply. If you have any questions regarding our core policy, please don't hesitate to give us a call.

Warranty We make no guarantee as to these injectors' fitness or suitability for any intended purpose. Our only claim is that they will flow the amount of fuel listed for
their particular specifications.
We offer a 2 year limited warranty on all of our 7.3L injectors.
You pay shipping to return it to us, and we pay ground shipping to return it to you. We are not responsible for the associated costs to remove or reinstall the injector in the engine, nor for towing costs,
rental vehicles or any other cost directly or indirectly related to the injectors. We only cover problems related directly to our modifications. i.e., if you return a malfunctioning injector, and it is
found to be caused by fuel contamination, as evidenced by a scored plunger or barrel, that is not warrantied. Individual malfunctioning injectors may be returned for repair or replacement, but we do not
accept returns of sets that have been installed in an engine. We are not responsible for engine damage related to or caused by over-fueling, excessive exhaust gas temperatures, turbocharger over-speeding
or over-boosting, oil dilution from fuel, or any other factor that may or may not be related to these injectors, nor for problems directly or indirectly caused by malfunctioning inj ectors. Assume that the Ford factory warranty on your engine is voided the moment you install any of these injectors.
Note: We recommend the use a QUALITY FUEL ADDITIVE if running low sulphur diesel fuel.

| Return Shipping
Injectors are heavy and have sharp points/corners that
can cut through packaging. We recommend first wrapping each one in 2-3 shop towels for padding and to
absorb the oil in them, then enclosing them in a Zip-Loc bag or several layers of plastic wrap. Next wrap
them in newspaper and pack them tightly in the box. A set of injectors weighs about 25 pounds, so be sure
to use a strong box in good condition. Proper packing means that the container can be dropped from a height
of 18" about 6-8 times on its corners, edges and sides with out damage to the contents, and the container remains
intact. We do NOT file insurance claims on damaged injectors if they are not properly packed.
