NOTE Regarding LB7 Remanufactured Injector Warranty:
*Fuel Lines and Fuel Filter need to be replaced when replacing LB7 injectors. Failure to replace all 8 Fuel Lines & Fuel Filter will result in termination of warranty. Any debris found in an injector returned for warranty will automatically Void Warranty.
You do not have to have your lines cleaned through us, but recommend you get them cleaned or purchase new through a dealer. You can send in your fuel lines and have them cleaned:
Ultrasonic Wave Compression Cleaning (UWCC) of your lines, returned to you: $350 set
or
Remanufactured Fuel Lines $350 + 600 fuel line core charge (full refund when you return your old fuel lines)

Core charge on GM Duramax DMAX Injectors: $200ea/$1600set. Cores are due back in 14 days
from date of delivery. Core charge refund will be given upon inspection. Cores must be in good rebuildable condition, from the same working truck as injectors were purchased for.
All quoted horsepower levels are approximate increases compared to stock. Injector capabilities can vary because of existing fuel, high pressure oil pump, electrical and/or air laminar flow conditions. Black Cloud Diesel makes no guarantee as to actual H/P gains or performance improvement when installing these injectors, as so many factors can limit actual (measured) horsepower or performance increases, such as: pre-turbo air intake/
turbo spool up; engine compression/mileage; High Pressure Oil Pump output, which varies significantly from one truck to the next; Boost leaks (intercooler piping, boots, etc); Transmission slippage, etc.. Laminar Flow -Turbo efficiency(good turbo vs 200k mile worn out unit); Quality of fuel and efficiency of fuel pump.
