This Hydrogen generator produces Hydrogen gas in safe quantities by running an electrical charge through water, separating H2O into one molecule of Hydrogen and two molecules of Water. The Hydrogen /Oxygen gas is then infused into the air stream (air intake)of you vehicle. When you do this, your vehicle has just become a HYBRID, as the Hydrogen is breaking down fuel molecule clusters into smaller units for more efficient burning. The extra Oxygen is helping your normal fuel burn more completely, raising the amount of power produced! This results in better mileage, and CLEANER, LOWER EMISSIONS!!

WHY DOES IT WORK?

Fuel molecules stick together in clumps and strings, so they generally burn only about 30% of the fuel you paid for. What happens to the other 70%? EXHAUST! When hydrogen is combined with fuel in your engine cylinder, it separates the fuel molecules, which gives a more complete burn, using
60-80% of the fuel! WHEN YOU BURN MORE OF THE FUEL, THIS REDUCES EXHAUST AND POLLUTING MAKING A BETTER, HEALTHIER ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL FOR ALL OF US!! This means greater efficiency, significant mileage gains & savings at the fuel pump!


For the water to conduct electricity at the right capacity, it needs an added electrolyte. We use pure vinegar for most applications. As the hydrogen and oxygen are released, it is necessary to replace them with more H2O (steam distilled or rain water). The electrolyte will remain in the system, becoming more concentrated. It continues to collect more electricity and more amperage until more water is added. Adding water will help to maintain the best balance for electrical continuity. You need to monitor the amps to be sure the amperage is not too high or too low. You can do this with an amp meter such as the Fuse Buddy. Simply add more water to the mix tank when you fill up with gas or fuel, or about every 300 miles. How often you need to add water varies with each application and useage. Initially, check your amperage and water more frequently until you know how often you need to add water, for your vehicle. About every 2 months (depending on useage) clean the system by draining it, running tap water through, and then refilling it with the same balance of liquid mix (distilled /rain water and vinegar) that you used before.

The Mix /Separator tank serves multiple purposes. It serves as the liquid mix storage tank. It provides room for oxygen /hydrogen gas separation. It later serves as a Bubbler and Flash arrester. The circulation between units dissipates heat. This All-in-1 unit, in circulating the water /hydrogen liquid mix, makes the hydrogen and oxygen bubbles dislodge, thus freeing space for more production on the plate surfaces inside the generator, providing more HHO with less amps! The Super2 unit uses a simple mix of vinegar in 1 gallon of water. The mix ratio is determined to be set right when it can get unit to 8 to 9 cold amps. Measure this with an amp meter such as a Fuse Buddy.


WHEN MAKING THE LIQUID MIX, rain water is the best source of water to combine with white vinegar, as rain water contains less iron than tap water. If rain water is not available, use distilled water. This reduces a condition called iron bloom, which occurs when electrical current is applied to the liquid mix, causing minerals to settle out of suspension. The electrolyte in the solution becomes more concentrated as the as the hydrogen and oxygen dissipate. The amperage gradually increases while at the same time the liquid mix turns orange /red from iron and other minerals present in the water. It is necessary to monitor the electrical current with an amp meter such as a Fuse Buddy. When the amperage reaches a 30 amps per Super2 cylinder, it is time to add more distilled /rain water, or drain and flush the system clean, and refill with fresh liquid mix.
CLEANING THE SYSTEM is a simple process. You don't need to remove or take it apart. There is a spicket at the bottom of the generator. Turn the spicket, and the liquid mix will drain through the mix tank, tubing, and generator. Flush water through the mix tank until it is runing clear from the spicket at the bottom of the generator, and then refill your system with new vinegar and distilled or rain water liquid mix.
In freezing weather add 1 cup of METHYL alcohol per 1 gal of mix  HEET GAS TREATMENT. This will protect to 15 Deg F. If temperatures drop below 15 Degrees, drain the system until temperatures are again consistently above 15 Degrees (F).

The HYDRO SUPER2 generator is a fully saturated unit. That means the unit is full with water/vinegar liquid mix at all times. Electronic plates inside the generator produce the HHO. These units heat up approximately 20 - 30 degrees in +/- 10 hours of operation. The unit circulates the liquid mix via thermal migration (no pumps) down the blue tube in to the main unit. The gas rises back up the red tubes carrying liquid mix with it. This circulation keeps the unit cool!

with a Separate Mix /Separator tank.

THE HYDRO SUPER2 DOUBLE produces a more than generous amount of hydrogen. +-3.7 liters per minute of HHO with VINEGAR and 4.2 lpm with KOH AT 13.8 Volts DC 14 amps on each cell. Most comparable units on the market are only producing approximately 2 liters per minute. The main unit is made out of premium quality T304 stainless steel 120 wall.  That's almost 1/8 inch thick!! The ends are made out of 3/4 inch high-temperature reconstituted nylon end caps sealed with nitrile o-rings. Each anode is made up of 20 specially designed and spaced plates of stainless steel, has formed-in mounting holes, and is around 3/16 inch thick. The main unit is easy to clean. It has a petcock spicket in the bottom. You open it up to drain the unit. Flush with water through the mix tank, then refill with mix.

Complete instruction packet comes with each unit. Installation varies by application, but averages about 2 hours.
1. Mount main HYDRO SUPER2 generator unit.
2. Mount Mix /Separator tank so that the Mix /Separator tank is above the generator.
3. Connect blue tube between bottom outlet of Mix /Separator tank to bottom inlet of HYDRO SUPER2 generator.
4. Connect a red (hydrogen) tube to top of HYDRO SUPER2 and side fittings on mix tank.
5. Connect red (hydrogen) tube from top of Mix /Separator tank to air intake of your vehicle.
See diagram in your instructions packet for locations.
6. Fill Mix /Separator tank with your mix. As generator fills, mix tank will need to be refilled.
DON'T OVER FILL!! There will be approximately 1-1/2inch of space in top of Mix /Separator tank.
7. Start your vehicle.
8. Turn on your dash switch and watch the flow of HHO in the red line between HYDRO SUPER2 generator unit and the Mix /Separator tank.
You will be Amazed at what you see!!!!
The big bubbles are Hydrogen. The small bubbles are Oxygen.


Will also work in fuel injected vehicles and on smaller diesels like a Volkswagon Jetta. In some small vehicles space is limited. If you are installing on a gas fuel injected engine you will need an O2 extender on the front O2 sensors and (in some cases what is called an EFIE) so the O2 sensor will not see the extra oxygen from the HHO generator. Some Toyotas have an AFR sensor instead of a 02 sensor and this must be dealt with differently.

There are 4 gas engines that see very little gains from a HHO unit. They are the V10 Dodge, V10 Ford, the 6.0 Chevys /GMC, and the 460 in the Fords. In these applications, the problem is that the engine's computer defaults to a fixed fuel ratio. The Ford Powerstroke 1997+ see very little gains due to their split-shot injection process. Most other engines see approximately 20% to 40% gains in mileage and a noticeable increase in power!
