AIS Fender Sleeve Installation Instructions

Installation of Ford AIS foam fender sleeve:

Start by using a 3-1/2” hole saw centered on the location of the white X shown in the photo. Count the ribs on the back of the AIS filter box to locate the pilot drill for the hole saw.

Place the foam fender sleeve in the fender as shown in the photo. The sleeve should be marked to identify its orientation in the fender. Then carefully install the AIS box with the 3-1/2” hole against the foam fender sleeve. The sleeve will compress to make a seal against the AIS box as the fender fasteners are tightened.
