Return Policy
If you pay for your order by credit card and you wish to cancel that order, Black Cloud will charge you a 10% of total purchase price fee to cover the processing expenses and the transaction expenses Black Cloud incurs using a credit card clearinghouse service.
Chargebacks will be turned to collection. This does affect your credit rating. If you receive a damaged product, or it does
not meet your expectations, contact us here at BlackCloudDiesel.com for instructions on how to return the new/unused item to us. We will require that the product be in the original packaging, with the return number we provide to you clearly marked on the package and noted inside the package, shipped by you prepaid within 30 days of order date, and with a copy of the invoice for a refund or exchange following inspection of the product.
1.- Unopened Items-
We will refund you for any unopened item (less cost of shipping product to you and less 10% of order total) for any reason within 15 days of the original purchase date.
2. - Opened items-
We will refund you for any opened item (less cost of shipping product to you and less 10% of order total) if it meets these criteria: must be in as-new condition, in original packaging with the packing slip, with any/all warranty cards, manuals and accessories within 15 days of the original purchase date. Exceptions noted below.
3. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. After 15 days all returns are subject to a 26% restocking fee
5. Please make sure the box you return your product in is securely wrapped.
We do not accept returns on the following:
1. Any non-standard item that is manufactured or modified to a specific customer's
needs.
2. Exhaust systems, down pipes, or other exhaust component after it has been installed.
3. Any electronic components or parts if they have been installed on the vehicle.
4. Any liquid product after the manufacturer's seal has been broken.
5. Any return after 30 days.
6. Items damaged due to abuse, misuse, or neglect will not be eligible for replacement
or accepted for return.
7. Any item without a copy of the original invoice, return form, and RMA# unless other
special arrangements have been made.
8. Please check thoroughly that all components are what you ordered and look to be in
working order before beginning any installation.
9. By placing an order with Black Cloud Diesel, you implicitly agree to all above terms.
