Black Cloud Diesel provides typical HP gains, but cannot guarantee actual HP gains, as many factors specific to your truck affect your horsepower increases: *High Pressure Oil Pump output, which can vary significantly from one truck to the next. The HPOP is the single most important component on the engine in terms of power and performance.
-Other factors: engine compression / mileage, pre-turbo charger exhaust leaks, boost leaks (intercooler piping, boots), transmission slippage, turbo efficiency (good turbo vs a 300k mile worn out unit), quality of fuel pump

Stage 2 - The 175/173 inj's (for 1994-1997 trucks)approx.150hp injector. (~360rwhp) "Off the shelf tuning" is adequate for these injectors, though maximum performance may not be seen without custom tuning.

Stage 1.5- The Single Shot 175/146 inj's (on 1999-2003 trucks) This injector might be considered a "Stage 1.5" single shot injector...It has the ability to flow more fuel than any other companies "Stage2" injector, but due to the efficiency of the single shot event combined with a very small nozzle, more power and more economy can be had similutaneously. We recommend this style injector for the 99-03 PowerStroke owner who 'works' his truck, wants a mild performance increase, but will not be entering competitive events with an intent on winning. This injector and our custom tuning has increased the mpg on over a dozen Super Duty's from 12-14 to 16-18 mpg consistently. We actually have customers obtaining an "honest" 20mpg with crew cab 4x4 trucks. Chip is needed and must be reprogrammed to run this single shot injector in a 1999-2003 truck.
Extreme Competition injectors are available which are capable of an additional 400+hp. Call for your application! the prices for these injectors can exceed $3500/set & REQUIRE the installation of thousands of dollars of other parts to even function properly (dual high pressure oil pumps, complete "race" grade Fuel systems, head studs, custom turbo's)
